LSP-IT-C Series Integrated Unit
Product Description

Technical Overview:
LSP technology, through systematic compartmentalization and the unique properties of its specialized nano‑biocarrier packing material, enables stepwise, staged enrichment of bacterial flocs, protozoa, metazoa, and aquatic organisms, fostering a hierarchical, mutually beneficial integration of biological and food chains and ultimately achieving a substantial reduction in the volume of activated sludge.
Anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic microorganisms are stratified and enriched on the nanofiber carrier packing, enabling nitrification and denitrification to occur within their respective microenvironments and thereby enhancing total nitrogen removal efficiency.
Technical Advantages:
1. In-situ sludge reduction
By combining targeted reactor‑tank design with the unique properties of proprietary biological carriers, bioenzymes, bacterial flocs, protozoa, metazoa, and aquatic organisms are progressively enriched in distinct stages, fostering a stepwise, mutually beneficial integration of biological and food chains. This ultimately achieves a residual activated sludge reduction rate of 70% to 95%.
2. Higher COD removal rate
In the LSP process tank, a tailored tank design and proprietary bio‑carrier configuration enhance microbial diversity, extend the food chain, and foster the development of specific microbial populations that exhibit high degradation capacity and efficiency toward recalcitrant pollutants, thereby improving overall COD removal performance.
3. Lower operating costs
Due to the high oxygen demand in the front end of the process and the low oxygen demand in the back end, the entire system employs a gradually decreasing aeration scheme from upstream to downstream, which reduces the air‑to‑water ratio and, consequently, lowers operating costs to some extent.
Due to the high sludge reduction rate, sludge disposal costs are significantly reduced, thereby lowering overall operating expenses.
4. Enhanced impact resistance
Due to the sludge concentration at the front end of the LSP reactor reaching 15–30 g/L, its high concentration and broad microbial diversity significantly enhance the system’s resistance to shock loads.
Optional and Customizable Services:
1. When there are specific requirements for influent and effluent water quality, customized solutions can be tailored to meet the user’s needs.
2. When the site has special requirements, non-standard-sized equipment can be custom‑made for the user.
3. Optional online water quality analyzers for inlet and outlet water can be installed.
Application Fields/Industries:
Sludge reduction at the source, water treatment, municipal applications, industrial sectors, refining and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, fine chemicals, textile dyeing, coking, and more.
