Beijing Zhongkesanshui Environment Technology Co., Ltd., a specialized technology company in the water environment sector, adheres to the principle of ecological priority and green development, aims to align with the nation’s new paradigm of integrated “three-water” governance, and pursues technological innovation as its guiding approach to address water pollution at its source, thereby supporting and serving China’s environmental protection cause.
The company is dedicated to research and development as well as engineering applications in areas such as municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, environmental microbiology, microbial environmental modeling, the cultivation and application of high‑efficiency specialized microorganisms, and microbial materials. Since the initiation of its technological projects in 2007, the company has successfully commissioned more than one hundred demonstration projects worldwide using the LSP process, spanning Japan, the United States, Germany, Africa, and over a dozen provinces across China. These projects serve sectors including municipal utilities, refining and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, fine chemicals, textile dyeing, and coking, with outstanding results that have earned widespread acclaim from the industry and strong endorsement from clients.

The company has established in-depth collaborative partnerships with the Zhongda Lixin (Tokyo Co., Ltd.) and Zhongda Lixin (New York SUNSTAR HOLDING) Research and Application Centers, applying and promoting a low-sludge‑producing bio‑step biofilm process for the efficient treatment of industrial wastewater and in-situ sludge reduction.
LSP patented technology (a low-sludge‑producing, stepwise biofilm wastewater treatment process) was subsequently included on October 29, 2019, in the Ministry of Ecology and Environment’s “Catalogue of Advanced and Applicable Technologies for ‘Zero-Waste City’ Construction (First Batch),” in July 2020 in the Beijing Municipal Catalogue of Water Pollution Prevention and Control Technologies, and in November 2022 in the Beijing Municipal Catalogue of Promoted Innovative Green Technologies.
LSP technology is a domestic wastewater treatment process that boasts independent intellectual property rights. After 15 years of continuous technological innovation and the successful commercialization of research outcomes, it achieves stable compliance with effluent standards while reducing operating costs, enabling organic sludge reduction of up to over 95%. This significantly supports the implementation of China’s dual‑carbon strategy.
