Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the end-to-end tendering process of engineering projects, including qualification review, bid preparation, bid opening and presentation, and document archiving.

3. For wastewater streams characterized by high toxicity and high pollutant loads, optimize the enrichment of LSP microbial communities, the packing material ratio, and the system’s shock resistance.
4. Conduct on-site pilot-scale testing for the project to verify the practical treatment performance of the new process and new materials.
5. Prepare experimental reports and technical documentation, and support patent applications, technical archiving, and the implementation of research outcomes.

1. Oversee the full lifecycle management of all the company’s environmental protection projects and establish a standardized project management framework.
2. Exercise comprehensive oversight over the four core dimensions: project schedule, construction quality, workplace safety, and cost control.
3. Coordinate and facilitate communication among Party A, the supervising engineer, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and other stakeholders to address major contract‑performance issues on the project.
4. Approve project construction plans, change orders, and large‑value expenditures, and oversee the project’s overall profitability and risk management.
